Return and Refund Policy

At Tamworth Fireworks, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

For safety and legal reasons, fireworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty. We cannot accept returns once the fireworks have left our premises, as we cannot guarantee the condition or storage of the products after they are sold.

If the fireworks you purchased are faulty or damaged:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Faulty items may be eligible for a refund or exchange, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
• We may request proof of the fault (e.g., photographs or videos) and retain the right to inspect the product before issuing a refund or exchange.

Once a return has been approved for faulty items:

• We will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• In cases of partial refunds (e.g., for a multi-item purchase), we will refund the portion relating to the faulty item(s).

In compliance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of purchase. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods such as fireworks or items that have been opened or used. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund your order in full. Once the order has been dispatched or collected, cancellations or refunds are only applicable if the products are faulty.
